Returns and Refunds:
We assure our customers about the quality of our products purchased by you through our website. However, if you are not happy with the product, we will exchange / refund it for you if it meets the following conditions:
An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
- Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
Please contact our care team within 7 days of receiving the product via email at or call at +91 8104600874 from Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund. This will be processed within 7 business days. Any refund will be made in the original method of payment.
We can only accept cancellations within 48 hours of placing the order. We will give you a full refund in the original method of payment.
No refunds are provided for the ordered products.
